This was an amazing accommodation experience. All the appliances (washing machine/dishwasher etc) were modern, top of the range and efficient. Everything we needed was there, except coffee mugs =). The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed the separate parents quarters. The owner was prompt with communications. The wifi was strong enough for our uses and easy to connect to. Thanks for a wonderful Hanoi stay.

Property was okay. Host/manager's communication can use some improvement. My check in time was 2pm and he did not give address of property and Instructions for checkin until 2:15pm. Also instructions were not correct. Manager chose to reply messages / or not to reply as he wishes .

部屋に関してはあまり問題ありませんでした。3部屋３泊予約していましたが、そのうちの1部屋が同じ部屋ではなく違う部屋になるとの事。結局違う部屋どころか夜中に2時間も待たされた挙句、日付が変わり違うホテルに宿泊になりました。観光して疲れているのに夜中に2時間も待たせるなんて、その上、車で10分移動の違うホテルとは、あまりにも酷い対応でした。ホテルではなくレジデンスのため、トイレットペーパーが無い、ドライヤーが動かない、３泊分のタオルがないなどの相談をすることも出来ず、そういう点も困りました。ロビーに人はいますがレジデンス宿泊者の対応はしてくれません。高級レジデンスであればサービスの質も向上していただきたいです。
