Pros-Clean room with comfortable bed, nice bathroom and excellent shower. Location is also good with a nice breakfast. The bellboy was especially helpful and courteous to us especially when we had a problem. Cons- the room was too small and the window was on the hallway side. Also their credit card machine was broken so we had to pay cash. It would have been nice to notify their guests before checking out so they can be prepared to have the cash.

Location very walkable

The location is right in the middle of everything. It was easy to walk to Giang Cafe, Beer Street, the lake, and everything else in Old Quarter. The staff was caring and kind. The breakfast was alright too.

Not like the photos. Very run down. My room was very mouldy and smelly. Only cold water from the shower. Breakfast was disappointing. My numerous emails and messages about being picked up from the airport were ignored. Location was excellent though.

4일동안 있어야 하지만 일단 하루 자고 리뷰 남깁니다 분명 슈페리어룸의 사진을 보고 예약을 했습니다 분명 슈페리어룸의 사진이었습니다 하지만 막상 방을 받으면 호텔 옆건물의 아주아주 작은방으로 보냅니다 다음날 따지니 어느사이트이서 예약했냐고 묻길래 호텔스닷컴이리고하고 사진을 직접 보여줬더니 사진이 잘못되었다고만 합니다 전 그사진을 보고 예약하였다고해도 똑같은 소리만 합니다 책임은 저희몫인가요?? 사진이 잘못되었으면 호텔측에서 서비스 해서라도 책임을 져야하는거 아닌가요?? 한국에 돌아가면 호텔스닷컴 본사에 컨플레인 걸겠습니다 그리고 한국인을 무시 하는곳 이라고 sns에 알리겠습니다

Excellent place to stay!

Very convenient location to immerse yourself in the Vietnamese culture, food and nightlife. The staff were extremely accommodating - willing to help with any task, which made our stay very easy and comfortable! Given the cost, kindness of staff and amenities, it is definitely well worth what you pay.

旧市街にあるホテルで、遊びと観光には良い場所で、スタッフも良い方です。 ホテルは、本館は良いと思いますが、シングルは別館でそこが古く、狭い部屋です。

シングルはお勧めしない

ホテルの本館の部屋は写真の様に良いのでしょうが、シングルは別棟で小さく荷物を開けるスペースもない程。寝るだけなら良いけれど、もう一度と泊りたいとは思わない。 冷蔵庫の中には、前に泊った人の飲みかけの水が入っており、チェックアウトする際、コカコーラを飲んでいると言われました。考えれば前に泊った人のチェックアウト後の確認をしていなかったのだろう

Would recommend Feels like being in a royal palace. Reception staff is very friendly and helpful, room was clean, big and with very nice design. Buffet breakfast on 6th floor is overlooking the houses around the area and food was good - freshly made omelette available. It was always good to come in to peaceful & cool room from “messy” streets.

Hyggelig og bra plassert hotell med god service.

Veldig bra service. Fine rom, dog noe trange og badet var fint, men kunne vært litt renere spesielt rundt badekaret. Veldig behagelige senger. Frokosten var ganske enkel men god, man kan få omelett ved bestilling. Plassert nærme det aller meste. Generelt veldig bra opplevelse, men kanskje noe spesielt dekor.

Joli hôtel aux décors originaux. Personnel très accueillants et disponibles. Chambre propre et confortable. Bonne situation se situe en plein centre donc beaucoup de boutiques restaurants et bars pas loin... Très bon petit déjeuner.
