Perfect weekend retreat
This property was perfect for our 4 adult couples for a Kingston House (18 min drive) wedding weekend. The house and property with an amazing view felt like a retreat. A perfect place to get-away and relax between wedding events. The kitchen, main room and master suite are top-notch.

Wonderful Retreat
Beautiful and comfortable home with outstanding views from both the house and the extensive yard overlooking Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains. The home had everything we needed and was clean and homey. The master suite is amazing. Great communication with the owners as well. Highly recommend this place for getting away to nature while being close to ferries.

outstanding
The house is exactly as pictured and even more! The view is breathtaking and constantly changing. There is ample everything from towels to cooking utensils and to cooking essentials and basic condiments. The path to the beach is a bit rugged but worth the trip to explore the shoreline at low tide. It is truly the perfect location for a family reunion as ours was.

Spectacular view!
I really love this house! The beds were comfortable, everyone agreed on that, the view is spectacular, and we just enjoyed the spot. I wish we had spent more time at the house. The only downside was the trip to and from the airport. The house is a good distance from everything my friends wanted to do as their first time visiting but that is on me for not checking out the distance first. Next time we rent this exceptional home we will spend more time at the house!

The house was cozy and the view awesome. The master bedroom and bath were large , comfortable and awesome. Master shower was very nice. One other queen bedroom in main part of house. Lots of room to spread out in garage with couches and tv. The other bedrooms are upstairs thru garage. They are cozy and comfortable. Kitchen has everything we needed. The grounds are lovely watched the moon rise each morning.

Beautiful location - great for family gatherings!
We stayed at this property while in the area for a family gathering. It is in a private, quiet, beautiful setting overlooking the water with incredible views of the Olympic Peninsula mountains. The kitchen and main living space is open, comfortable and ideal for entertaining - and conveniently well-equipped for cooking/grilling needs. The master suite is spectacular. Large bedroom, lovely bath with a comfortable deck. The 2nd bedroom is on the main floor. The 3rd bedroom and bunk area accommodations are accessed by a rear staircase and have sloped ceilings. There are numerous outdoor seating locations, all with gorgeous views of the water, mountains, boats, birds, sunsets.... Highly recommend bringing your water shoes if you enjoy exploring the low-tide tidal flats. So pleased we chose this location - thank you for a lovely visit!

Amazing home with awesome view
This home was perfect for our family vacation. The house had everything we needed and then some. Not sure if the extras were left by previous guests or provided by the owners, but what we needed we were able to find. The view from the house is truly amazing. We spent a lot of time outdoors just looking out into the sound, watching the waves, and the eagle that would fly by. We also spent a lot of time walking on the beach. The path is a little steep in some places and muddy, but we weren't bothered at all because we came for the ocean. The outdoor space is awesome. The house had plenty of room. The main bedroom and bathroom were huge. And the open concept living room, dining room, kitchen was great for us. The bonus rooms are great if you have a larger family. Take the time to explore if you can. Port Townsend and Sequim are not too far. Kingston has some good restaurants too. All in all this is our new favorite place! We will definitely come back. It is a well loved house away from home.

Peace Be Still
Friends and I came up here for a long weekend to relax, rejuvenate and refresh and we did just that. The house is beautiful, comfortable and clean. The views of the land and ocean and trees are stunning. Sitting out on the porch and just listening to the sounds of birds is peaceful. We hugged the trees and cried. We did yoga at sunrise. We made s'mores by the fire pit. We also had 2 people in wheelchairs and they were both easily able to move around and get inside the house and around the property which was perfect. The sauna in the master bathroom was used daily. It was truly a wonderful experience and the hosts came immediately when we told them wifi wasn't working. They were a huge help and readily available. I am hoping to definitely come back and enjoy again soon.

Beautiful setting
Our two families loved the setting of this house - the landscaping and views are spectacular. We comfortably could all fit around the 8 seat dining table and the lounge area had lots of seating for all of us. Playing bocce ball was a highlight for our kids as well as being able to wander down to access the beach at low and high tides to find treasures. The upstairs bedrooms are somewhat separated from the main area of the house (i.e. access via laundry/garage) making them slightly colder in the winter months. Although comfortable enough they are certainly less amazing than the rooms on the main floor of the home. The main bathroom with the steam shower and the light up bath were also appreciated.

Vast Views & Boundless Tranquility
My friends and I meet once a year for a girls trip. This year we wanted somewhere quiet and peaceful. This was exactly what we got. We went to the light house and walked around the beach. It was amazing. If our kids were older it would have been even better! The owners were easily accessible and provided some treats which left us pleasant surprised! The house is as clean, light, open concept, and also cozy all at once. We went the leaves started turning so it was picturesque! I highly recommend it!

Incredible!
The property is exactly as listed and pictured and even more. The constantly changing views are spectacular and visible from the fantastic huge windows. Exploring the shoreline just below the house is worth the trip down the steep slope. Your every needs are met in the house from the steam room to the abundant supply of bath towels to a well stocked kitchen with condiments and especially coffee. It is truly a memorable experience and location.

Awesome stay
We were there with our adult children/spouses and our 15-month-old grandson from Kansas City. The house and property were so spacious for everyone. From the primary suite on the main floor, the upstairs for the couple with the baby to the 2nd bedroom on the main floor, it was ideal. Each couple had their own bathrooms, and we had the garage made up as another tv space. We loved exploring the little towns around Hansville and even took in Olympia National Park. The property view and surrounding trees made this just an awesome area to sit outside and enjoy the scenery. We all loved our stay!! The kitchen was well stocked for cooking at home too!

Beautiful views with very spacious house
Our family from KC absolutely loved this house. Beautiful tall trees and views of the Olympia Mountains. The outside area was so large and many areas in which to sit and relax. The decks, fire pit, edge of property. You can even walk down to the waters edge to walk the shoreline. Pretty steep but worth the effort. The inside of the house was large with a bonus tv room in the garage which was perfect for our family of 6 and a 15 month old. He loved walking the grounds! The house was stocked with many things you would need for cooking, as we ate our dinners at home. Grill worked well. We truly felt like this could of been our house. We loved the primary bedroom views and the lovely shower! I would recommend.
