Location is perfect snd close to everything. Elevators are extremely slow at times though and the first level of rooms is about 10 floors from the front desk and additional floors below that to get to the lobby. That is honestly my only “complaint” I would stay there again for sure

Our room was hot (air conditioning sometime worked, sometimes didn’t) and our TV didn’t work. We were not instructed on where to park our car, so had to park up a hill in a public parking garage, not knowing there was a garage below the hotel that we could use. There was no valet to be found when we pulled up, so had to make a decision on where to park. We were treated terribly by the restaurant hostess in the hotel. Overall, not a great experience. Sort of frustrating honestly.

10 ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ staff was amazing, room amazing, CLEAN (and I am picky) property amazing, bar qas beautiful, option to use their lexus AMAZING!! just very thoughtful details and I'm in love. I will be back again and again. The only things I'd change would be to have a door on the bathroom and a large mirror in the bathroom. But I loved it so much it's not a deal breaker.
