"Beautiful house! Lots of space for a large group. Only downside is the fold out sofa bed doesn't comfortably sleep 2 adults. Also 2 of the 3 toilets are in the ensuites so the group needs to be comfortable with sharing the showers and toilets, which was fine for us being a big family but may not suit people who prefer complete privacy. "We had a great week at Lil’s place! It’s a great location and a really great house for a family and grandparents! House was clean except for a fair bit of mould in all the sink drains which was causing a bit of a smell. And a bit of mould around the kitchen sink. Outdoor area was awesome! Property managers were great with information etc and owners were quick to respond to any questions. We will definitely be back to Lil’s place. "

"Quiet location. Walk to beach, shops and clubs / restaurants. The pool is amazing, plenty of beach towels provided, and so clean and warm. BBQ under the large awning, outside table and chairs made it very social. Beds comfortable, clean white linnen, lots of fluffy towels. The owners have tried to make it comfortable. Negatives; The dining chairs are crap and there was no dish cloth, lol. Will stay again and recommend it to all."

"We had a great time staying in Marks property. The house was perfectly set up and a great space. It isn’t exactly walking distance to Kingfisher Bay as there is a very steep climb and the walk takes around 10-15 minutes, but if you speak to the resort reception you can take the courtesy bus."
