I enjoyed the fresh breakfast every morning. The apartments are well kept and loved every moment I spent there. Friendly staff 👌and i think I had the best view, I will definitely recommend and book again.

Pleasantly surprised by property, beautiful landscaping is breathtaking when you walk in. Breakfast in the morning is great. But probably better if they found a way to keep it warm. There is a microwave to you can nuke it if you need to. Staff was helpful and very responsive to requests. Great stay. We extended and it wasn’t any trouble .

My stay was truly pleasant and comfortable. The property is conveniently located within walking distance of Bon Marche and Pick n Pay grocery stores, with a lovely coffee shop just around the corner. I particularly enjoyed my morning walks up Mount Road — the 1.5 km stretch and back made for a refreshing start to each day. The staff were consistently welcoming, helpful, and accommodating, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I look forward to staying here again on my next visit to Harare — hopefully with a little returning guest’s concession!

Stayed for 1 night on route to Bvumba. The staff were friendly, check in was great. The apartment was fantastic, clean, modern and tastefully furnished with air conditioning. Breakfast next morning was also great. Would recommend it to friends and family or anyone looking to stopover in Harare.

The worst hotel stay ever.The so called manager is very unprofessional, no manners towards guest including the lady chef in ther kitchen. I happened to have extra guest the night l booked something that can happen when you have family and that same first night l read the rules of their premise again as a responsible guest l was ready to pay for my extra guest to my surprise the following morning it turned out to be a nightmare.Rude, harassment even from the kitchen staff , directed to my extra guest.Instead of having buffet breafast they were served which l don't derstand or they do not know the meaning of buffet. The manager showed hate towards my booking which l did with Expedia ,the agent they have agreement with. The girl at the reception mentioned that l booked with expedia and there are discounts it was better if l had booked with them direct.And l questioned why they are partners with expedia, them getting less through expedia was not my problem.Why do they list their property with expedia when all they worry about is money. The manager is horrible, he came first thing in the morning with red eyes as if l had commited a crime.l felt insulted and embarassed worst my family being humiliated by the lady chef who went on to gossip and whisper with some of the staff members as if we were crazy.Imagine being treated like sh*t in your own country unbelievable.Gossiping in front of guest whilst eating , l was pissed off, l could not eat my breakfast.Do not book this hotel.

I can't fault this establishment. Quick efficient check-in by Victoria who was helpful. Clean well appointed spacious rooms with all the amenities as listed. Moreblessing from housekeeping converted the sofa into a luxurious well laid bed which my daughter enjoyed. Well kitted kitchen, hot shower in the bathroom, handy office space and great breakfast nook. The only downside with this property is the lack of an elevator. Lugging suitcases up and down the stairs was not fun. Also be careful when making the reservation on Expedia - I thought breakfast was included until I found out at The Gray my discounted booking didn't include it.
