Not comfortable stay

Not helpful when complaints about toilet's flushing not working called front desk but was told too late no one able to attend the issues. Not comfortable to stay in this hotel as bed is so hard and showering water not flowing very little.

Didnt expect much from the price, but was still not prepared for the reality. Didn’t stay here in the end because the room stank of smoke, there were dead bugs in the lobby, the room was in terrible condition and the bedsheets were stained. Staff were very understanding and immediately returned our deposit and promised a full refund to be returned through ‘the system’. Location was also far from any tourist points/malls.
