"Room was so clean. I like the wooden floor it makes the room look elegant. Staff always cleaning the p-way and always available to render service. The hotel is walking distance to SM downtown and Harbor point. A lot of bars and restaurant around the area. Since you are situated in the middle of bars and resto expect loud music till 2 am. It can be heard inside your room but it’s tolerable. We will coming back. "

The hotel has a great location and is walking distace to shopping, restaurants and music venues. The view from my room was amazing. Watching the sunrise over the mountains and the bay was the perdexr way to start the morning. The buffet breakfast offered a varity of food options. I would stay here again. "

"my room was called junior executive and yet there is no small fridge and kettle. You have to call reception for a floor mat. The drainage was terribly bad, the bathroom was flooded when having a shower. The chair needs upgrading though, i can see the foam already. For its price, there are better rooms than this. "The air conditioner wasn’t big enough, and the room was hot. I asked for a fan, they told me very impolitely that they didn’t have one. We closed the bathroom door. It stuck shut, and wouldn’t open. 3 staff came in eventually. It took them 20 minutes to get it open. There was no coffee, no water available. The blanket supplied was infant sized and thin, no top sheet. This is the most basic room I think I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The staff were very rude. "
