This additional master offers the perfect solution for two couples seeking privacy. A king-sized bed awaits you with a private bathroom, cable TV, vintage family board games, and a private outdoor deck overlooking the lake.

Upstairs Guest Room #3
No need to share your space with the kids. This room has two comfy twin beds, cable TV, DVD player, Xbox 360, and their own bathroom.

The Main Floor
The living room offers plenty of space for guests to sit around the fireplace, and watch cable TV. Take a walk out onto the outdoor patio deck, fire up the BBQ grill, and enjoy the view of the lake. Love to cook? This full-sized kitchen has everything you need including a breakfast nook for two, a wet bar, and a dining area that seats six.

The Lake
Ten (10) feet of water right in our backyard! Bring your own boat or rent one and leave it in our boat dock located under a very large party deck which we share with our neighbors. The boat dock and party deck are accessible by walking down several flights of steps. Free parking for your boat trailer is right around the corner.

Public Boat Access
Public boating access is located at Oak Grove, 268 Oak Grove Dr. Moneta, VA 24121. It is about an 11-minute drive by car from our home.
