Cash’s Cottage - Harkers Island

Cash’s Cottage is the perfect home away from home vacation rental for couples, families, or a group of hunters. The location is ideal for water activities such as kayaking or a quick boat ride to explore Cape Lookout National Seashore. Located only minutes away is the Island Express Ferry Service, local marinas to launch your boat, Billy’s Grocery/General Store, Fish Hook Grill, and Seaside Store/Restaurant. This home has quick access to Cedar Island, Beaufort, Morehead City, and Atlantic Beach.
The space
This peaceful home has plenty of parking that is perfect for boats and a huge fenced in back yard that can be accessed either through a double or single side gate. It’s accommodated with 3-bedrooms, 2-bathrooms, 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds, a queen sized pullout couch, laundry room, kitchen, dining, and living room. Lounge chairs are located on the front porch and back deck, along with a gas grill. Water hoses available in front and back of the house for either washing your boat, beach equipment, or anything else you may need it for.

Cash’s Cottage is located in an area that is known for great fishing throughout spring, summer, and fall months, and eminent duck hunting in the winter months. Along with fishing and hunting, the Carteret County community has many festivals year round and tournaments that attract visitors from all over.

We were in for family vacation/Big Rock and needed somewhere to stay after we checked out of the house we rented for the week for a few of us staying for the last day of fishing and the awards banquet. I am So grateful I stumbled across this precious house. It is extremely clean, so very pretty, a perfect home away from home.

Great place! Awesome Host!
We are very pleased with our stay at Cash's Cottage on Harkers Island! The house was perfect for our group and had plent of room. We went out to Shackleford Banks for the day then had a very comfortable stay at the cottage. Kasey was a a top notch host and made our stay so relaxing! She was very responsive and I would happily book this place again!

Nice little house
Super cute house. Our only complaint is the coffee maker did t work. We were looking forward to enjoying a nice cup of coffee on the front porch, but the coffee maker didn’t work. Other than that, we enjoyed our weekend at Harker’s Island.
