Dad's House is a one level cottage style house, that has been completely renovated. It has a spacious bathroom with a shower and tub combo and has an on demand hot water heater, so you never have to worry about running out of hot water. The kitchen has a dishwasher, and a reverse osmosis system, so no need to bring bottled water. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer. The driveway provides off the street parking and the yard is fenced.

Cozy home away from home
This house was the perfect home away from home for my family while we were in town for a wedding. It was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We(myself, my wife, our 2 year old son and our one-month old daughter) felt that this was the perfect home base for us for the weekend. The weather ended up turning bad, but it was cozy and had all the amenities we needed to be comfortable. It was more spacious than I realized and it has a twin bed plus a futon in the living room.
