"Tried to put me in inferior room than the one I booked. After complaint was given a room with safe not working. Third room I was given was an upgrade but the internet worked horribly in all 3 rooms which were in different parts of hotel, different levels. Bed wasnt very comfortable. "Nice place. Big house. Good and clean swimming pool where our daugherts had lots of fun. Beside they can use the trampoline and other play areas as much as they want. Bedding and enough towels are included. There is a washing machine in the house for private use, very pleasant. Contact with the owners was very good. A lots of activities to do in the region. We recommend this place to everybody. We had a great holiday in Turnov!"

"We spent 1 week over New Years as a family (11 adults, 6 children). We we're amazed by the spacious House. The kids really enjoyed the Game Room and the Garden. We had fun cooking together and eating at the big table, as well as playing Board Games in the living Room. Heating up the oven was also fun for everyone. In the end we got lucky with the weather and had snow. The nearby cities Jelena Gora and Bad Flinsberg are wörth visiting. Thankyou Kate! Highly Recommended!"
