"Wir haben denn Aufenthalt in der Pension sehr genossen. Es waren sonnige Tage im August und September 2016, die wir mit Wanderungen, Stadtrundfahrt, Besuch des Museumsbergwerkes, Fahrt nach Karpacz usw ausgefüllt haben. Bei schlechtem Wetter haben wir uns das Bierbad im Ort gegönnt. "

"The hotel is badly run. People there have no idea how to manage staff or handle difficult situations. We have paid for a stay in a reportedly prestigous 4* hotel. When we arrived there was no internet, on the next day there was no electricity, then on the third day elevators broke and we had to carry everything from 7th floor to the ground floor.
