"This house exceeded our expectations in every way. The kitchen is large and well-appointed, the beds are comfortable, and the peace and quiet is priceless. We enjoyed morning coffee in the sunroom, table tennis in the crab house, sunsets from the dock, and stargazing at the firepit. If you desire peace and quiet this house is a perfect choice!"

" October 11-14, 2024, we rented the “Willoughby” for a family reunion. Let me start out by saying this home is amazing. It looks exactly as pictured based on the website photos. It was even better than I expected. If you are considering this property, I highly recommend booking it! Believe me when I say the Willoughby is a rare gem. The location of the home is perfect and extremely private. The grounds are pristine and the view of the water is breathtaking. The home sits on the Hudson River with a long and spacious dock for fishing or catching crabs. Kayaks were provided and several members of our family took advantage of water activities. Access to the river was fabulous. There were a few boards missing from the dock as a storm had come in prior to our arrival. It was not a big deal and it did not keep us from enjoying the dock or water activities. I did notify our guest contact, Anthony, to make him aware. Anthony, was a fantastic guest contact and very responsive and available to answer questions. Anthony was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early to get settled and prepare for our 4 pm guests arrival. This was a big relief for us. The home, as you drive up the long driveway, is spectacular! As you enter the home itself it only gets more impressive. The inside is gorgeous and the rooms and furnishings are high quality. "Great little spot to enjoy the coast and Calvert Cliffs area. Close enough to shopping and restaurants but still secluded in nature. Teresa was great with answering questions timely and had the place looking good when we got there."

"What a wonderful stay we had! The house was so comfortable with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy each other's company. We enjoyed the brisk mornings on the porch and the gorgeous sunsets in the evenings. Very comfortable beds and linens. The scenery and landscape in the area are breathtaking. Every turn provided another incredible view of the water. Fishing Creek is close to so many beautiful, quaint towns along the Chesapeake Bay. Highly recommend!"

"The original home is unique and gorgeous and the additions, the sunroom facing sunrises and the lodge style master chef kitchen gave us plenty of room to spread out. The large lawn and driveway gave us plenty of areas to walk the dogs and the beach was a daily swim spot for the dogs. The pool was one of the nicest we have had yet. We love the places with nice pools facing the boats out on the water. We will be back again for sure"
