The space is furnished with industrial vintage décor the pinnacle of which is the bar table made from old growth wood salvaged from a bowling alley lane in Virginia. Tasteful decorations throughout the space including unique industrial inspired light fixtures. No expense was spared with a 65"-inch wall mounted Roku TV with Netflix and Amazon Fire TV.

Guests are required to fill out online/digital registration form, submit a picture of a government ID and digitally sign a Rental Agreement 7 days before check in or immediately after booking if less than 7 days before check in.

Pets and Emotional Support Animals require permission from host and payment of pet fee starting at $30/night for one pet/ESA

Visitors and extra guests not included in the reservation are not allowed inside the building without host's permission and will be asked to leave the property and/or will be subject to extra guest fee of $40 per guest per night over two.

You have only one unassigned parking space in the building parking lot extra vehicles must be parked on the street

Smoking cigarettes, pot or vaping inside the apartment is prohibited and you will be asked to leave if you violate it

Please take your shoes off inside the apartment and pets must have toenails clipped neatly
