There is A/C in the 3 bedrooms and living/dining area. The living room has a comfy sofa, 2 chairs, and TV with streaming services. The adjoining dining room has a table where guests can gather for meals or to play board games. The fully-equipped kitchen, currently being fully updated (renovations will be complete by June 2023), has everything you need to prepare meals. The true gem of the home is the full-length sunroom with sofa, chairs, and dining nook where guests can enjoy a glass of wine and take in stunning sunset views over Long Lake and Pleasant Mountain!

INDOOR (BUNK HOUSE): The private, detached apartment contains a 4th bedroom (queen bed) and bathroom with shower. There is also a kitchenette/living room area with sofa that pulls out into a queen bed. The apartment can sleep 4 guests.

OUTDOOR: Spend time on the private dock or enjoy a kayak ride on the lake. Guests have access to four single kayaks and life jackets (2 adult, 1 youth, 1 small child, 1 infant). The water is accessible by a flight of stairs leading down to the water. Bring your boat or rent a boat at a nearby marina. Fire up the charcoal BBQ pit and enjoy dining al fresco on the dock. Once the sun goes down, spend time together around the fire pit and make s'mores.
