"We had room 100 right by a side entrance. A group gathered the night of our stay and were loud and smoking. Unfortunately our air conditioner sucked in all the smoke and we had to deal with that during our stay. Management did break up the party as soon as we called so they did a great job."

"Save yourself. Don’t stay here. Why bother, absent some magical notification you won’t have a place anyway. Arrived to the property and people were unexpectedly there. The place was not ready to be rented and the excuse was ‘we didn’t get a notification’ I rented this place because it said it allowed for events. The entire event was ruined. Vrbo could not re-find a place last minute. I reached out to be compensated for the thwarted plan -a legally defendable compensation- and it spun...

"The 2 river cabins are great. They were a little hard to find. The hosts Mark and Jan were great. The rooms were clean and the kitchens and bathrooms were well stocked. To get to the bathrooms you had to go through a bedroom which was a little inconvenient. The location on the river was wonderful. We were able to fish, swim and kayak. Nearby restaurants were convenient and Brooks lake was just a short drive away. I would definitely recommend this place for a short getaway. "
