The bed was extremely clean and very comfortable. The staff at the front desk was very friendly but the process was slow incoming and outgoing, computer issues . Breakfast was cold and no fresh fruit or healthy options. Too pricey for the quality of stay .

The room itself is extremely comfortable, especially the bed. I am a stickler for a good bed, as anyone should be! Most (not all) amenities are suitable-to-above average. The door to the closet is apparently unable to close 24/7 but that was not a big deal. Also, Hot is Cold and Cold is Hot in the tub. I knew this because I'd been in the same room previously. But the window actually opens to let in fresh air, the TV is great including the selections, type of shampoo and conditioner and lotion and bathroom acceptable. The morning breakfast is generous ,even if the eggs are the frozen type that are defrosted. Likeable staff who go above and beyond for guests.

I’ve stayed Many Comfort Inn and they usually have a standard that that they uphold. This does not uphold any standard. I would say it is similar to a quality Inn or red roof. If you’re gonna stay in that area, you should spend a little more money and get a better hotel room stay in had a very thin window and not a blackout shade so at night time there was a very, bright light in the parking lot that shown through the window and lit up the room so it was very hard to sleep. The AC hardly worked granted it wasn’t the summer, but it was still a warm night. The fabric on the desk chair was ripped in torn didn’t really feel comfortable sitting in the chair to do work. The bed was clean, but not comfortable. The elevator seemed to be very old and worn out. Sometimes it felt like the doors were not going to open the neighborhood surrounding the hotel is very sketchy. I went to get Chinese food and the Chinese place look like it should’ve been shut down, but it was open, probably a good area to avoid. If you don’t get stuck with the room, I had with the light shining through the window. I’m sure you’ll sleep a lot better than me. And if you want to save money in the area since you’re here for work, probably a good place to stay otherwise I wouldn’t stay here if I was on vacation or not working

When me and my husband arrived, there was no one to check me in I had to ring the bell twice to get someone’s attention. The rooms were okay, some blankets had holes and there wasn’t enough pillows when I requested more. Breakfast was good. Nothing special. There were some stains on the blankets.
