The staff was friendly and helpful. My bathroom was not quite as clean as I expected but I requested a handicapped bathroom and it may not have been used for weeks. The location was extremely convenient to Manchester.

The staff here is very nice and welcoming. It's pretty quiet unless you have noisy neighbors, which we did on one side. However it didn't ruin our stay. Furniture and decor are a little tired but the bed is super comfortable! Super clean too.

The bartender guy, had longer hair and an accent, didn't catch his name, was so sweet and helpful! Everyone at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. The "bistro" is kind of a joke though, it is more like a snack counter in the lobby. Thank you!
