Secluded Cabin Nestled In The Trees Overlooking Fishing & Canoe Pond

Secluded Cabin I is nestled on a beautiful treed hillside overlooking the expansive natural Butternut Valley with views of a private fishing pond. This rustic 1 bedroom wood frame cabin sits on a large property of over 230 wooded acres with plenty of logging roads to hike. The spring-fed pond has a dock and can be used for canoeing, swimming, and catching rainbow trout and large mouth bass!

The Cabin has a screened-in porch with bench seating and dining overlooking the pond. Cabin 1 includes a bunk room with a set of bunk beds and a poster queen size bed in the living room with a pull-out sleeping sofa. The bathroom is complete with shower, toilet and sink. Rental includes all the necessary bedding and towels. The living room is open to the kitchen which is equipped with stove, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, and coffee maker with adjacent dining table with banquette seating.

There is an air conditioner in the living area which keeps the whole cabin comfortable on the rare occasion when this is needed. Relax on the rustic shade cooled screened-in porch with beautiful views of the pond and the distant hills. A gas grill is available for your barbecues, common fire pit for campfires. Beautiful views by day, colorful sunsets and immersive panoramic sky on clear nights!

This was the best experience my family and I had. The Host was amazing meet every need and simply was so genuine and nice. The cabin was so cozy ,clean and cute. Wifi can get tricky but when you have the days where its raining and you can sit on the covered balcony it allows you to sit back and just take all the nature in. Its fully equipped with dishes, cups, plates so no need to worry. Laundry is tough only because the humidity does not let anything dry. But there are local laundry places you can go to . The lake was amazing . We fished caught enough to have a dinner . But simply being in the canoe in the rain is my favorite moment . Overall this is a place that I would definetly love to re-rebook in the future. The distance was just perfect from Dreams Park. 20mins
