"It was a perfectly lovely hotel where you can walk right out the door to the downtown. It is clean and comfortable. In my opinion the low reviews for being dated are much too low. The style of rooms is retro law office. It’s fine. Clean, spacious, comfortable that was important to me. They do need to get more lightbulbs replaced in their parking lot. "

"Beautifully updated room, clean and very spacious (2 queen beds). Great view of the lake; quiet and peaceful. Lots of room for outdooor activities, if you'd like to bring your own "toys" (cornhole, etc.). Disappointed at how slippery both the indoor and outdoor pool decks are, plus the outdoor pool steps. Saw two children slip and fall in the short time we were there (they were not running!). That being said, we'd definitely come back again, and this time allow for more time spent at the lake (we were there mainly to visit the Baseball Hall of Fame)."
