Canada Adventure
Our chalet was just as advertised and was very clean. I had no problem communicating with our host (Wei) through emails. We had a slight problem with finding the Lodge due to no street signs (we had not cell phone service). Otherwise, her instructions were easy to follow. The location provided quick access to Banff and Canmore. It really was a great place for our basecamp.

Terrible property & manager
When we arrived, the apartment was not cleaned. There were towels lying on the floor, beds were not made, nothing was cleaned. We called the property manager and all he did was yell. Very unpleasant exchanges. He did organize for the cleaners to come. We ended up being late for dinner while the cleaners were cleaning. He did not even offer a proper rebate. We could not find another place last minute and hence had to stay here. DO NOT RECOMMEND this place!
