"Birds farm is a lovely place to stay for the local Essex or Sussex area. Very quiet in the evenings, despite being just off a busy road. Great facilities, good comfy beds, very warm heating and well supplied cooking facilities. A pool for summer, grounds and a Summer house and a well stocked games room for kids if the weather is bad. "The property was perfect for myself, my husband and our cocker spaniel. It was comfortable and cosy with a lovely bed and great shower. Communication with the owner, Christina, was perfect. Everything we could have wanted was available at the property including treats for the dog. We enjoyed visiting some lovely towns and villages in the area. Unfortunately the stormy weather stopped us from going walking as there are many footpaths nearby. We would certainly return to this property. "

"We had a long weekend stay at Dolly’s caravan it was lovely spacious and modern very well cleaned. Was surprised to see tea, coffee and sugar as well as biscuits provided which way a nice touch as well as shower gel and hand wash. Dolly also accommodated our early arrival which we were grateful for. Lidl was a 1 minute drive so was great when picking up supplies. The beach a 5 minute drive and the pool on complex was free. Would definitely consider staying here again if returning to Felixstowe....
