"Very nice hotel. From the moment we stepped in we were greeted by a warn staff that gave us the privilege to pick our room by visiting the available rooms. We had a nice cosy dinner next to the chimney and the waiters were always available. The dinner was delicious, so was the rich lebanese breakfast that we had while enjoying a breathtaking view of the snowy highest peaks of lebanon. The staff was more than welcoming and even offered us a late checkout We had a nice escape...

"In April after 2 months of reservation with Expedia and payed all amount of hotel they called me they were too rude to me and try to cancel my reservation they need more money x4 the amount I paid (due to a big event in the area). Even after the case was open with Expedia in April and inform ministry of tourism in Lebanon, when we checked out they asked for extra charge 80$. I contact Lebanon tourist Police and they solve the problem with the hotel."

"Perfect location if visiting the Cedars of God, as it’s only a short 1km walk away; and also conveniently located a 15-20 minute drive to the beautiful village of Bsharri!!!! The view from the hotel property over looking the “Valley of the Saints” & Bsharri is awe inspiring, and the owner and staff (and the pup) were all incredible and extremely helpful!! Last but certainly not least, the traditional Lebanese breakfast was beyond fresh and delicious, the zaatar man2oushe was phenomenal!!! 😍....

"This was a HORRIBLE experience. No room heating at all despite the snow outside. For hot water; you have to inform by 2-hours prior to your need to have a shower, otherwise it is with freezing water. Getting out of the hotel; your feet stick deep down in the snow with no snow removal facilities. No WiFi at all."
