"There are major problems with this listing The wellness facilities were all unavailable during our stay. It was not made clear that we would be charged for electricity and water. The amount we had to pay was iunbeluevalbly high, adding half as much as the hotel fee on top, plus linen charge. We could not use the jacuzzi, as it was filthy,; we did not use the sauna; we turned down all the radiators as we bought logs for the fire. So, it is difficult to see how the energy bill for our actual use...

"Die Unterkunft ist geräumig und mit hochwertigen Geräten und Einrichtungsgegenständen ausgestattet. Leider haben wir keine Einweisung erhalten und es waren auch keine Bedienungsanleitungen zu finden. Also learning by doing. Auch für die Mülltrennung keine Einweisung, keine Anleitung auf Papier, Mülltonnen selbst gesucht (standen nicht alle am Grundstück). Sonst ist alles, was man benötigt und noch mehr, vorhanden. Es haben sich aber über die Zeit viele „Stehrumchen“ und auch Utensilien...

The common areas and bathrooms are clean, with all the facilities in place (washing Maschine, vacuum cleaner, white goods etc) The furniture in some of the bedrooms could use a bit of fixing up. "The staff and service was nonexistent. There was never anyone available during the posted reception hours. We were never given a code to get into the kitchen. The listed breakfast hours were 8 - 10 am, but the eating area was locked up at 9 am. The listing said there would be coffee and tea available, but there was none. My room was typical for a hostel so that was fine."
