"Very clean and well-presented property. The view was great but just be aware that there is a fairly busy road just outside the building - it's not noisy with the doors closed but it does make the view feel less serene! Perfect location for the ferry to Bruny Island. Included breakfast was simple but served by a very friendly staff member. Access to the shared lounge was great. Bed was comfortable and shower pressure was excellent!"
