"It is a brand new hotel finding its feet. The staff are super friendly. The breakfast is plentiful Danish breakfast, the evening buffet ar 165DKK is very good value. The tram to town centre at 4e return is a practical and fast means of transport to the museums, shops and restaurants. We would be happy to recommend this hotel to anyone who needs a clean and comfortable bed and room."

"Nice location at the Harbor and just 200 meters to the center of the town. The room was clean but the interior is ver very old. The state of the room is very poor. Old television, broken glass in a picture hanging on the wall and broken interior or interior which is loose and not hanging correctly. Ugly walls with stains and clear signs that the room hasn’t been painted for a decade. Self check-in which is easy. "

"The hotel is very conveniently located, pretty much on top of the main station. It's only a 10-15min walk from the city centre, and everything you will need for attractions, entertainment and food, is within this radius. The room was reasonably priced; well-stocked; comfortable, and clean. The check in and out processes were easy, and the staff were very polite. Overall, I had a nice time here, and I would stay here again if I returned to Odense."

"The customer service was excellent- from the arrival to the departure every person we spoke to was extremely helpful and kind. The rooms were huge and spacious- our party of 4 really only needed one room if we knew the size but had two rooms and it was ample space. The location was great, walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. The rooms are charming and beds comfortable (although soft). Would recommend and stay here again. "

"Great stay and valuefor money. I was looking for a calm place with parking and for that it was perfect. Free coffee & sparkling water was a great bonus and the breakfast was awesome. The only minus was that the curtain was too small for the windows in room 123. Staying as a single female traveller, I would have preferred to be more shelterd by them on the ground floor."
