Nestled in the middle of an historic farm, cows can be seen roaming the fields surrounding this beautiful property. The area, known for its wonderful charm, is ideal for cycling, hiking, jogging, (Tomafobia Nature Trail, Massawippi Trail, Mount Pinnacle, Gorge Park, Mount Orford), and visiting local farmers markets. A tennis court is situated on the property. Lake Massawippi and North Hatley are located less than 10 mins away with opportunities for boating, swimming, kayaking or paddleboard. Wonderful grocery stores and restaurants in nearby Ayer’s Cliff, North Hatley, Magog and Sherbrooke. A perfect property for families and those who want some peaceful time in the country.
