The house is dog friendly and up to two furry friends will love playing in the spacious grassy area of this corner lot. Also on the ground level is an outdoor shower, fish cleaning table and a gas grill to turn your catch of the day into dinner that night. Enjoy the convenience of one-level living where four bedrooms occupy a long hallway off of the home’s communal living space. There’s a king master with a workstation and access to a deck; another ensuite master bedroom with two queen beds; a king bedroom and kid’s room featuring both a single bunk and a pyramid bunk that share a hallway bath. All of the bedrooms feature Smart TVs. The fully equipped kitchen featuring a four-stool breakfast counter and an adjoining eight-seat dining table makes feeding the family a breeze. Speaking of breezes, catch them as they drift across the spacious deck, outfitted with Adirondack chairs where you can spend hours watching the wildlife that inhabits the nearby marsh and the ferry coming and going across to Ocracoke. Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
