The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was because I found the bed uncomfortable and did not sleep well. If you like an extra firm/hard mattress you will enjoy it though, so it’s just a matter of preference. Overall, a great stay!"

"Nice place to stay in the Black Forest region. Clean comfortable room. Check in was a small challenge due to language barrier, but quickly done. Restaurant food and service was great. There is no elevator to second floor in one building, so be prepared to carry your luggage up the set of stairs. The St Margen cloister museum nearby is a must see for any clock enthusiasts."
