"The whole experience was just great! The service was amazing! We arrived quite early (around 12) because we came directly after our flight to the hotel. The staff however was super friendly and didn’t make any problem as our room was already ready! The room was bigger than expected, the coffee was good and there were even complementary drinks in the minibar, something you don’t see often nowadays but makes you feel so much more welcome. "Breakfast was good and had variety. Staff was nice and helpful. Room is small and AC would turn off in the night. Area seems run down, and there were tons of mosquitoes. Expedia advertised room as a double and a twin, not a bunk bed. Hotel does not have any triple rooms that are not bunk beds; they are bunk or crib mattresses. "

"We booked this for our last night of vacation because it looked beautiful in the pictures online. It did not disappoint in person. The staff were so helpful and welcoming at the front desk. "We arrived early in the day from the Congo - too early to check in. Mira was working the front desk and was very helpful. She gave us an entrance pass to the aquatic/gym facility next door, so we could kill some time. She then got us in a room several hours earlier than expected. She saved the day!!
