"This hotel is grand for an airport stay and a typical Ibis but the receptionist when we arrived was one of the rudest and most unhelpful I have met in 20 years of travel. I enquired about the airport transfer which I was told after several attempts was €25, left only hourly and I would need to book 24 hours in advance which at check in after 4pm, is highly improbable if not impossible for most.
