Bwthyn Tresais is an 18th century cottage located close to both Solva and St David's in the National Park. There are many beautiful local beaches and walks.
The cottage is in a peaceful location at the end of a farm track with two other cottages and is surrounded by countryside, boasting stunning views.
The interior is modern, is fully equipped, has a log burner and the living area is large and open plan. Guests have sole access to a games room.
The space
The living areas are large with an open plan living room and kitchen. The cottage has a smart tv and internet access. There is also a seperate breakfast/dining room.
There are 3 bedrooms which comprise of 2 rooms with double beds and a room with 2 single beds (there is also a travel cot supplied). Each bedroom has plenty of storage space. The bedroom with 2 single beds is open plan, overlooks the living space and has limited head room.
The bathroom has both a shower and a separate bath. There is also a separate second wc.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine (Nescafé dolce gusto), oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, toaster, kettle and all the equipment for preparing food. There is also a breakfast/dining room that sits 6.
There is plenty of outdoor space, including parking for 6 plus cars. Also there are spacious front and back courtyards with grass areas and an 8 seater picnic bench that can be used for gatherings. For those rainy days, there is a full size pool table and table tennis table in the garage.
There is enough room in the garage to park a large car and also to store bikes, sporting equipment, etc.
Guest access
Guests have sole access of the property and courtyards (including parking). The guests also have sole access to the garage (if they wish) which has plenty of room for a vehicle and sporting equipment and also has a full size pool table, table tennis table and dart board.
Other things to note
Please note, there is a pool table, table tennis table and dart board in the garage that guests are welcome to use free of charge. However, the garage is an outbuilding that is not maintained to the high standard that the cottage is. Therefore, usage is at the guests discretion.
There is an additional surcharge for pets of £50 per visit. Please note, the cottage sits on a small holding and it is the guests responsibility to clean up after their pets and keep their pets under control at all times.
