"As the organiser of a 6 room booking no one in the group had any complaints at all. The staff were incredibly attentive and happy to help, the rooms were clean and comfortable and breakfast was exactly as expected. Considering we were there way out of their main season and the roof had sustained some damage from a recent storm, we were very impressed."

"As a constant traveller, I really prefer these older hotels with their big rooms and spacious bathrooms. Lovely staff, from reception to the restaurant and bar staff. Great home made steak and ale pie for dinner. Room was brightly lit, a big desk for working, lots of sockets and great WiFi. Thank you all."

"A nice little well presented cottage inside. A lovely kitchen with full amenities. Good bedroom space and storage. Lovely bathroom and shower facilities. Nice living room and dinning area.
