Our holiday home "Alte Mühle" is, as the name implies, a former watermill. The old water wheel and the shaft in which it ran were closed decades ago - but you can still hear the soothing lapping of the underground stream. Like the rest of the farm, the building is over 100 years old. It was built partly from Baumberger sandstone; the rest was made as a framework.
The mill house has three floors: On the ground floor there is a small bathroom with shower and a fitted kitchen with dining area. There is also a dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave and fridge-freezer. From the kitchen you can access the garden terrace - here you can have breakfast in the sun, if the weather is right!
On the middle floor is the cozy living room with a wide sofa bed (1.60 meters), antique furniture and TV. The attic also has two single beds and a spacious closet for clothes.
