"Vi hade bokat ett rum sent, så vi visste att vi inte hade mycket att välja på. Boendet kändes rätt bra i beskrivningen men när vi kom dit och blev uppgraderade till en lägenhet som luktade rök trots att de var noggranna med påtala att boendet var rökfritt. Det saknades kuddar och sängkläder som lovats ..."
