Als wir gegen 18 Uhr eincheckten und neben dem schimmligen Bad auch den Ungezieferbefall im Wintergarten melden wollten und auch ein abgeschlossenes Elektrongerät im Pool vorfanden, war leider kein Ansprechpartner vor Ort erreichbar. Lediglich die Fewo-direkt Hotline war besetzt, die Mitarbeiter aber nicht befugt, etwas für...

"Bei Ankunft war die Unterkunft sehr verdreckt und auch der Aussenbereich ist nicht gepflegt gewesen. Die ganze Terrasse ist voll mit meterhohen Unkraut und der Rasen war auch nicht gemäht. Das Bad ist in einem schlechtem Zustand, siehe Ventilator, Duschvorhang und überall sehr viel Staub wie auf den Lampen etc. Die Fußmatten sind auch nicht mehr hygienisch und mussten eigene kaufen. So etwas sollte neu gewaschen da liegen. Wenn man eine Unterkunft mietet, muss sie bei Ankunft gereinigt sein...

"Sehr schöne Umgebung. Liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Bad ist leider sehr unkomfortabel, da beim Duschen das gesamte Bad überschwemmt wird. Zudem war es nicht besonders sauber. Weiterhin hat das WLAN schlecht funktioniert."

Die Decke in der Küche und oben im Schlafbereich ist für Leute über 1,70 m „schmerzlich“und das Bad müsste mal saniert werden, zumindest ein neuer Badevorleger wäre super. Nichtsdestotrotz wir kommen wieder und lieben den morgendlichen Ausblick auf das Wasser und den Garten mit den vielen Brombeeren- danke 🙂"

"Nein, hier nicht noch einmal. Wir haben Novasol die Fotos gesendet, wir waren sprachlos. Fleckige Polster, nicht aufgeräumtes Bettzeug, wir haben nur auf den Küchenstühlen gesessen. Fleckige Teppiche. Kaputte Lamellen, als ob einer sie umgeknickt hätte. Wie kann man so etwas anbieten. Pluspunkt: Die Küche war sauber."

"The hotel lived its days in the past. Rooms where smelly like something really old was there. Beds were very uncomfortable to sleep. I had ack hurt after the night. Shower mixer stile like in the old days wth 2 seperate regulators for hot and cold water. Shower itself kind of small and the showerr curtains always sticks to the body while showering. Breakfast was the only part which was better than anything else in this hotel. I would personally not come back there."

"Sweet hosts, but allmost no privacy. Our room was located right next to the household kitchen, so we could hear everything (dishwasher, blender, talk in the kitchen, people moving around). Also we had to go through the kitchen to reach the bathroom… The dinner and breakfast was also a bit overpriced for the value…"

"Stunning setting for this castle on a moat. We were delighted with our large comfortable room in the castle up on the 2nd floor with a fabulous view across the grounds, gardens and moat. Dinner at the Michelin restaurant was beautifully presented and served, and breakfast was especially excellent and thoughtful.Staff were kind and helpful and always gracious. The gardens were delightful, even in the pouring rain. Wish we could have stayed longer."
