"Room was very clean and spacious. Staff service was good. Only issue was check in time said 3pm, and we showed up at 3:30pm and was informed room was not ready, and to come back in an hour. So, we went to a casino and had some luck, fortunately. But, I could see this as an inconvenience to folks that may have travelled a long distance away."
