Features shared lake access with dock/picnic area, huge great room with flat screen TV, WIFI and much more! Hiking & biking trails within walking distance, 5 mins to Hiawassee shopping and restaurants!

Main level features great room with full size pull out sofa, couch, flat screen TV, dining area, kitchenette with oven/cooktop, microwave, sink, standard coffee maker, and full size fridge. Half bath with full size washer/dryer. Upper level features bedroom with queen bed, twin bed, flat screen TV, desk space as well as full bath with stand up shower. Back yard features firepit area with Adirondack chairs. You can also walk to the shared lake space that features a dock, covered picnic shed area and firepit with build in seating.
