But it is "on the market" as a rental and you have an obligation given that to manage a few things well for your customers. That is clearly not being done with this property. What started as likely pretty mediocre quality "camp" like structure has significant deferred maintenance issues. The outside entry way is essentially plywood, frost heaved pavers, peeling paint.
