This is the 2nd time I stayed at Fraser Suite Shenzhen. Love the location, proximity to shopping and plenty restaurants to choose from. Facility is clean and quite well maintained. We were checked in by Zoey. She is warm, client focused and personable. She also assisted us with restaurant booking which was very much appreciated.

Very nice hotel as a 5 star rating hotel. Their room lighting controls have many options to choose from: relax mode to working mode. It is very convenient to travel to the airport especially if you need to wake up early to catch a flight. One of the thing on safety is commendable, there is a calling for help button next to the toilet seat. I think not too many hotels even 5 stars will have that one button. Staffs are couteous. Breakfast buffet have many choices, very inter-continental.
