"Check in was wonderful staff very friendly room beautiful and clean and peaceful. I went for the half board which was only allowed 2 choices which was soup and a salad to start or ice cream to dessert and main was lasagne or pizza so I paid over £30 for a pizza and a ice cream which I thought was expensive. The help yourself breakfast was nice and coffee machine. The hotel and room was Lovely and warm "

"The room was dirty,previous occupant had used the bath with purple shampoo left all over the wall,old tissues on the floor and under the desk was full of fuff and dust never cleaned, the shower hel was an empty bottle with no lid or pump just fastened to the wall and the tea tray look dirty with no tea spoons. I complained at reception and the receptionist said while I had been out it had been sorted, the dust under the table had gone and the shower gel filled but nothing else.. "

"We always stay here when in Stockport and always happy but this time didn’t quite come up to the usual standard that we’re used to . The room felt tired , bathroom door stiff to close and water going off when in the shower , breakfast wasn’t as good as usual, the bacon looked like it was from the day before and not replenished as much usual, a little disappointed this time sorry but we were , L Glynn."

"Stay was absolutely shocking. Raves in rooms next door till 2.30, then arguing till 4.30 and staff wouldn't remove them. Room was dirty, poorly lit and boasts about "bedside plugs" which won't exist. Was told my daughter could go swimming. But upon entry was declined as they required me to go in, although I couldn't for medical treatment. "
