We do have 3 active exterior cameras - one pointed at the road, one on the side of the home, and one at the garage.
Absolutely no smoking in the property! You must be at least 25 feet away from the property to smoke. Any violations will result in a 500$ fee.

We do not have a long list of rules, we simply ask that our guests respect the home. No parties, no smoking/vaping inside, no loud music, and respect the space.
