This was the ideal solution. The park staff were excellent and could communicate easily in English and German if needed. "This home was a perfect stay during our visit to the Düsseldorf trade show(about 30 min). The apartment was super clean, bright, all the comforts of home plus more extras like spices, coffee, shampoo, and welcome drink and snack. Ellen was delightful and a wonderful host. "Ans and Sander were the perfect hosts and looked after us extremely well during our five-week stay, ensuring that we had everything we needed. The house is very comfortable, with all amenities and the weather allowed some swims in the pool. "Horror...habe noch nie eine so runtergekommene Unterkunft gebucht...Möbel sind alle Sperrmüll, die Wohnung war dreckig ohne Ende (geputzt wurde dort wohl zuletzt nach der Wiedervereinigung), Schimmel in der Mikrowelle, im Geschirrspüler, im Schlafzimmer ging nicht eine Steckdose, Fernseher ohne Fernbedienungen also nicht benutzbar, ein Bett komplett ohne Latten im Rahmen, Dreckwäsche im anderen Zimmer... Wir haben über eine Stunde geputzt um halbwegs hausen zu können, dazu massig Geld ausgeben...

Fabulous on-site facilities

"The trip was amazing. Easy check-in. We were slightly early, however the staff accommodated us. Staff were friendly and professional. Rooms were absolutely fabulous. On-site facilities were out of this world, e.g. fitness centre and swimming pool. Bar was great too with service to one's table. Would definitely return. Very highly recommended."

"Easy, friendly check in. We were early but left our luggage at reception, and still got our room earlier than check in time! Breakfast was delicious, plenty to choose from, the pancakes were yummy! Rooms very comfortable and was great having a bath and a separate shower. So close to the centre too! Would stay here again for sure."

Lovely comfortable stay

"Very pleasantly surprised as the photos on the website didn’t do this hotel justice. The grounds, decor and general standard was very high and staff all very professional. Our family room was an excellent size, with 2 bathrooms and a door between sleeping areas. Everything was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. There was some noise from other rooms but ear plugs solved that problem. Breakfast was simple but delicious and from service was very reasonably priced, easy to order via the app and great service."
