"This is an absolutely amazing property. Best location with awesome staff. Mr. Wörsinger was always helpful and enthusiastic to tell us about the area and places to visit. "
"This is a very well maintained, modest hotel in a lovely part of town. The staff is very friendly and accommodating but note that the reception desk closes between 10:30p and 6:30a. The hotel is small and not spectacular but for a simple, straightforward stay in Heidelberg on a charming square (with a farmers market some mornings) it’s really exceptional. "
"What makes this cozy little place amazing is the staff. They take really good care of their guests. Kind little gestures like wine and water in your room waiting for you. Location is amazing and the breakfast is excellent. They make you feel at home. "
"I really enjoyed staying at this hotel! It was nice, clean, conveniently located, quiet, and had a/c which was great during the hot summer weather. Staff were pleasant and helpful too. "

"The location of this hotel is perfect. The parking garage fills up completely during the day with people visiting the castle so be prepared to wait for a spot if you arrive in the middle of the day. The staff at the hotel is very friendly and helped with recommendations for things to do and restaurants in the area. Room was very clean and the terrace has a great view of the city and the castle. The breakfast was OK. Great to have a complimentary meal during our trip but I'm not sure why a lot of these reviews are raving about it. "
"A very tastefully decorated, spacious and clean hotel with friendly staff, a nice bar and a great breakfast. The only downside is that the location is a bit far from the old town, but that's not a big deal if you like walking. "
"The beds are extremely comfortable. The Wi-Fi and tv are sub-par, but we didn't stay at the beautiful and historical Ritter for the tv. The location, views, staff, breakfast, and surrounding dinner options are outstanding."
"My room was simplistic yet practical and functional. It has everything I needed, except for a kettle, which I was able to get one at the front desk. Staff were helpful. Location is top notch. The best part of my stay here was the breakfast buffet. I had the chance to try out many different types of cheeses and cold cuts. The room's carpet was not entirely clean but it could be because they recently replaced the tv and left behind some dirt. "
