A lovely hotel in the centre of Heilbronn. Nice, clean room. All the amenities I needed, possibly another bottle or water and coffee machine would have made it even better. Spa area was superb. I'd have eaten in the restaurant if it hadn't shut early (8 pm). Very good. Would stay again.

Im Großen und Ganzen war unser Aufenthalt im Insel Hotel Heilbronn gut. Die Zimmerauswahl wirkt etwas willkürlich. Der Pool und Wellness Bereich ist in Ordnung, jedoch empfand ich den Pool als ziemlich kalt, was insbesondere für unser Kleinkind ungünstig war. Das Silvester-Menü hat uns enttäuscht, auch wenn sie auf meinen individuellen Wunsch teils einging. Leider bestand bspw. mein Feldsalat tatsächlich nur aus Feldsalat – ohne den auf der Karte angekündigten Mandel-Crunch oder weitere Zutaten. Das wirkte leider etwas einfallslos. Mein Hauptgericht war hingegen vergleichsweise besser. Insgesamt ein solider Aufenthalt, aber einige Aspekte könnten mit mehr Sorgfalt und Flexibilität verbessert werden.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war prima -insbesondere das abwechslungsreiche Frühstück ist hervorzuheben. Der Poolbereich ist nett saniert und bietet einen Ausblick auf den Garten. Insgesamt gelungen, auch wenn der Anstrich von außen erneuert werden könnte.
