The common swimming pool area was also nice and clean with a play room and washing facilities. We experienced very easy and good communication with the reception desk and the personell there. "I had a wonderful time at the property, it had everything we needed for the week and was very close to local shops, restaurants and only a few minutes walk to the lift to get up the mountains. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony with views of the mountain in the evening. Communication with the owner was excellent and check in was easy. "We arrived on Saturday afternoon, and we were greeted by a very nice and helpful receptionist (David), who was super friendly, and gave us advice on what to do. Additionally you get the summer ticket as part of the stay which provides loads of discounts and counts for Public transport as well. The rooms were very clean and well equipped. Balcony with a nice view, a heated swimming pool(albeit not so big) and well taken care of Sauna section. Breakfast was good, with multiple options, but as the place itself is not so big, neither are the eating options. Parking outside was good (did not see the garage), lots of supermarkets and restaurants in the area, well connected (as wellas a small touristy area can be) and worst case is a 45 minute walk to Zell am see center. We enjoyed out stay and would come back for another visit"

"Lovely place and excellent facilities. Loved the pool and would come back even just for that it was also surprisingly quiet. All the staff especially the reception staff were friendly and helpful and spoke excellent english much better than my poor german. The room was large, comfy and had everything we needed "
