"The apartment was conveniently located for our visiting purposes. The apartment was surprisingly large and had all needed appliances except for a washer and dryer. The apartment was extremely clean and I would stay here again in a heartbeat. As far as checking in, if my son did not live in the area to retrieve the key before 7pm, I don't know how I would have gotten the key with the long trip I had had for the day. "The sauna and steam room were restorative after being out in the cold and rainy weather during our visit. Breakfast was very good. We were in the annex across the street. The room was quiet and spacious, and the view of the mountains from our balcony was fantastic. The hotel could use more staff at reception. Despite that, Rita at reception was very helpful, informative, and cheerful--she is truly one of the highlights of this hotel!"

"The hotel was cute, and clean the staff were very friendly. The town was cute with great food options and shopping. It did lack nightlife, everything closed early. We had hoped to have live music somewhere and were not able to find anything. We did go to the hotel bar for drinks and a couple of nights shared some wine on the terrace which were great options. There are several things to do nearby. Would recommend this hotel to friends and family. "
