Guest Access:
Guests will have the entire cabin to themselves! It's truly a great place to relax and enjoy the mountains.

Getting Around:
Free parking on the property. There is room for 2 cars.

Other Things to Note:
The cabin is near the woods on a beautiful hillside. You will likely see and hear critters. We hire pest professionals to minimize bugs in the home, but again, the cabin is located near the woods.

No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control.

The TV is a Roku Smart TV. You can sign into any service you’d like, but there aren’t any services provided.

Absolutely no fires outside of the designated areas! Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages.

Please do not flush anything besides toilet paper down the toilet. Failure to adhere to this rule will incur a fee.

HOA vehicle rule: A maximum of 2 cars are allowed per dwelling. If this number is exceeded, cars may be towed at the owner's expense at the discretion of the HOA. If you have more than 2 cars, we will be happy to send you more parking info where you can park additional vehicles.

We generally provide hand soap, a starter roll of septic-safe toilet paper in the bathroom, and paper towels. Be prepared to bring your own soaps (laundry, dish, bathroom), shampoos, conditioners, toiletries, condiments, zip locks, charcoal, wood logs, and coffee :)

Interaction with Guests:
You can always message me if there are any emergencies, but I hope you don’t feel like you need to! I want you to fully enjoy your vacation, relax, and experience the beauty that Helen, the rivers, and the mountains have to offer.

Great Helen cabin
This cabin is a great place to stay, close to town but yet wooded and quiet in Innsbruck. The hot tub, pool table and lots of areas to sleep made it great for the teenagers. It was very comfortable and clean with nice furnishings. Would highly recommend!

Mountain vacation
The location of the cabin in the Innsbruck community is great! We were able to walk to see fireworks on the 4th. There was some confusion over our check-in date, so the property had not been cleaned upon our arrival. After contacting Chase, the situation was quickly resolved.

Wonderful property close to everything. Dog friendly. Great space for a larger group. Inside the cabin was spotless. Hot tub needed attention but owner offered to have someone come by and try again. It was a wonderful stay in a nice gated neighborhood. If we are in the area again we would definitely pick this one!

Great location. Quick and easy to get to everything. Quiet and peaceful. Plenty of space. Hot tub was dirty . We sent a message and they came out that night around 9:30 p.m. and cleaned it. Would have loved TV’s 📺 in all the bedrooms. Plenty of space in all the bedroom’s love that the master bedroom had 3 closets in there. Will definitely recommend! Weather was beautiful all week!
