Location - stunning views from the Villa of the bay. Quite a hilly area so not ideal for walking anywhere. Beautiful beaches and not far from st tropez. "This place has everything and more for us. The location is perfect, in the centre of beautiful Grimaud town, easy and secure on-site parking, a lovely pool and an extremely quiet, tranquil property, in lovely gardens. It has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you could need, a large adjoining living area, and a very clean and comfortable bedroom where we slept very peacefully. The hosts were superb and we can’t recommend this place enough. It really is perfect for us. Thank you. "

"We loved our stay at this sweet place, tucked away in a quiet little alley (took us a bit to find it:) The architecture is charming and authentic, as if each level or room of the house was created as they built it- adorable! The interior is lovely and rustic, some closets may not fully close, one shower leaks a bit, but it’s made up by the overall Charme and calm this lovely place holds. Parking in the village is fairly easy to find- no parking possible by the house though and on market days ...

"It must has been a beautiful home 50 years ago but today it is a run down large house with slim mattress, large holes in the curtains, board panel on the bedroom windows which made it impossible to open and the house had so many mosquitoes! I did not stay there. It is well located one block from the sea but in dire needs of a renovation."

"Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gepflegt und ordentlich, ruhig gelegen und der Blick vom Esszimmer ein Traum! Vielleicht wäre es gut, vorher zu wissen, dass es in der Wohnung ausschließlich Schiebetüren zwischen den Räumen gibt. Die Matratzen sind eher fest. Für extrem lange Menschen wie mein Mann es ist, sind die Betten leider etwas zu kurz und Dusche und Toilette zu klein."

"Das war unser erster Urlaub in Frankreich und die Wohnung von Estelle und Jean Luc ist ausgezeichnet und eine lohnende Reise. Estelle hat die Wohnung wundervoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Ein kleiner Balkon und eine großzügige Terasse bieten ausreichend Platz für jede Gelegenheit. Das ganze Objekt ist sehr gepflegt. Von hier hat man einen tollen Blick über die Bucht Mehrere Strände sind mit dem Auto in 5 -10 Minuten zu erreichen."

"Lovely house in a beautiful spot with magical views of the bay. Ground floor bedroom lovely but lacks privacy (see-through blind so we bought a covering to hang in the doorway). The house is situated on a very steep hill which means the garden is not usable for anything other than eating/ sitting/ sun-bathing on the deck. We had a great stay. Thank you. "
